My son Archie had unfortunately learnt the wrong test for the first class.......this could have turned out to be a horrible experience for him but instead we felt both supported and encouraged by your wonderful staff. Huge thanks must go to your steward & caller Sophie who was so very kind and thoughtful to Archie and myself, and she completely turned the situation around for us. Also Heather in the office was great with her help and support too. Please could you pass on my thanks to Carol Brady and also the dressage writer (I didn't get her name unfortunately) - they were so understanding and supportive when we all realised Archie was riding an incorrect test, and it was extremely kind of them to let him have sometime to learn the correct test and to accept him back into the arena to have another go, something which they didn't have to do but for which I'm extremely grateful! It was so lovely too that the Judge and Writer both took sometime to speak with me after his test.  It was Archie's first ever dressage competition and also the first ever show for the horse too. What could have been a bad experience actually turned out to be a very nice experience indeed thanks to your kind and supportive venue.
