We have had such a busy weekend with the Fun Show on Sunday 6th May with a lovely number of people competing with up to 10 riders in some showing classes and a wide variety of abilities taking part which is what we really encourage. Many thanks to our lovely judge Pippa Powley, and all helpers.
A percentage of all profit made from these shows are donated to Air Ambulance at the end of the season it is so good that so many of you come to support.

The confidence built during these fun shows as amazing and is the whole reason we run these shows. After everyone left Martin and I were able to take the course of show jumps from the school and rebuild another course in the front paddock ready for the Training Day the following day.

People started to arrive at 8am on the Bank Holiday Monday and after filling in forms & sorting day stables, the first 3 groups were up and ready for their first lesson of the day.

We had 4 groups of 5 riders and three instructors Laurence Hunt, Steven Smith and Sharon Marshall. Each rider had a flatwork lesson, a show jump lesson and a cross country lesson. A good lunch was included in the price as well as regular breaks of cold drinks and flapjacks.

Our next Training Day is on Bank Holiday Monday 28th May. We will try and run a Training Day most months. If anyone would like more information there is a special page on the website nvec.co.uk under the Training Link or they can contact Sally on 0776 99 33 870.

Our next events are our One Day Event on Sunday 13th May and a Dressage Evening on the 24th May with a BD Judge again all information and a full schedule is on the website just click the Diary Dates then the ODE or Dressage Evening link on the calendar.

Hopefully see you soon.
