Saturday 20th October marked the end of a successful 2007 competition season at Newbold Verdon Equestrian Centre with the last event being dressage and dressage with show jumping.

 

 

Being the last event of the season it was also time to award the Championship rosettes which competitors accumulate points for throughout the year.  Sally Ann Wright and her 17 year old IDx Mac took the honours in both the adult open section dressage and the dressage with show jumping section.  Reserve Adult Champion for dressage with show jumping went to Corinne Hyde and her bay gelding Popcorn and Sam Chimley with Cassablanca were reserve champions for the adult open dressage section .  The Junior dressage with show jumping championship went to Hannah May with Black Magic with Emma Fisher and Mouse taking the reserve.  Emma Fisher & Mouse also had success in the dressage only section taking the junior championship with Sam Leeson and Ziggy as junior reserve champions.  The adult restricted dressage championship went to Natasha Dobson with Thomas and Debbie Hirons & Columbus took the reserve.
